Harris Law Group Obtains $575,000 Settlement in Car Crash Shoulder Injury Case

Introduction:

Our client was a 25-year-old college student who was working at Publix and in a laboratory when he was injured in a motor vehicle collision in Sarasota County.

Another driver pulled in front of our client’s vehicle as he traveled through a service road. The other driver disputed responsibility for the collision, claiming that a hedge obstructed her view and that she did not see our client’s vehicle before the impact.

Our client suffered a shoulder injury, including a SLAP tear that ultimately required a Bankart repair. He also experienced neck pain requiring cervical injections, as well as headaches and concussion-like symptoms following the collision.
