Born and raised in Sarasota, Kyle graduated from Manatee High School before attending Florida State University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. After law school, he began his legal career with an outside law firm before returning home to Sarasota to practice alongside his father, Tom Harris.

Kyle focuses his practice on personal injury law, representing clients in cases involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, premises liability, trip-and-fall and slip-and-fall injuries, wrongful death, and other negligence-related matters.

Kyle handles cases from the initial investigation through litigation and trial preparation. He believes clients are best served by direct access to their attorney, straightforward advice, and careful preparation.

Kyle is a member of the Florida Justice Association and represents injured clients throughout Florida. As a Sarasota native and second-generation attorney at Harris Law Group, he takes pride in continuing a family practice that has represented injured people for more than 30 years.
